• Vehicle Registration


    Your vehicle must be registered using the online form.  Before registering your vehicle, you will need the following information: 

    • Your Ohio Dominican ID Number (7 digits)  
    • Current License Plate Number (Please omit spaces when entering) and vehicle description (make and model)  
    • Your address where you will reside during the academic year.  
    • You are responsible for your permit. You will be charged the full permit price for a replacement if needed, for any reason.  
    • Permits for the 2014 Spring Term Only are now available at a cost of $60. These will be valid through June 30, 2014. 
    • Permits for the 2013/14 Full Year are now available at a cost of $100. These will be valid through August 31, 2014.

    Resident students and those who have selected the "Hold for Pickup" option will be notified by email when your parking permit order has been filled and is ready for pick up in the Public Safety Office. You must sign for and show your ODU ID in order to pick up the permit. No one may pick up the permit for you. You may retrieve your permit in the Public Safety Office Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. The Public Safety Office is located on the 1st floor of the Griffin Student Center in suite 116. 
    If you are not a resident student and have not selected the "Hold for Pickup" option, your permit will be mailed to the address given when you registered for your permit.

    • If you are amending information on your vehicle registration (for example, adding a 2nd vehicle, changing or correcting information) please send us an email to publicsafety@ohiodominican.edu
    • No more than two vehicles may/can be registered at a time. In addition, if you have registered more than one vehicle, it is your responsibility to transfer your permit to the car that is being driven.
    • All vehicles parked on campus must have a visible and valid permit. 

    Refunds

    Parking Permits are non-refundable.   

    Exception:   

    • Refunds may be issued for Full Year and Fall Term Permits until 30 business days after the start of the Fall Term.   

    • Refunds may be issued for Spring Term Permits until 30 business days after the start of the Spring Term. 

    Summer Permits are non-refundable, No Exceptions!
