    All vehicles parked on campus must have a visible and valid permit. 

     

    • Student Parking Permits must be purchased online and displayed in your vehicle while on campus.
    • Permits for the 2012 Summer Term are now available at a cost of $20 and will expire August 31st, 2012.

    Visitor & Temporary Parking 

    • Temporary permits are available for those who need to park an unregistered vehicle on campus. They may also be issued for special needs such as temporary disabilities.
    • Temporary permits are available from the Public Safety Office at no cost. Temporary permits will be valid for up to 2 weeks, after which a regular permit must be purchased.
    • Visitors with a vehicle on campus during normal business hours must register with the Public Safety Department to be issued a visitor permit. Our office is located in the Griffin Student Center, suite 116.
    • Visitor parking is located in the Gold lot. This is the main parking lot which is accessed from the light at Sunbury Rd and St. Dominican way, and is on the West side of Sunbury Rd.
    • There is also 2 hour visitor parking located behind Erskine Hall.  

    ODU provides a shuttle service for students to access the Easton Town Center and local shops.

    The Public Safety Department also coordinates the University's fleet vehicles.  Potential drivers for ODU business purposes, must contact the Public Safety Department to be approved by our insurance company to drive ODU vehicles.
