ODU Appoints Three New Graduate Studies Program Directors

COLUMBUS, OH – Ohio Dominican University’s Office of Academic Affairs announces the appointments of three new program directors in Graduate Studies.
Assistant Professor of Accounting Tony Emanuel will serve as Director of Graduate Programs in Business. Emanuel earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Franciscan University of Steubenville and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Wilkes University (PA). He is a member of the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education and a past president of its Region 4; an academic member of Financial Executives International; and resource coordinator for Special Olympics, Reynoldsburg Chapter. Emanuel is also a member of the Lions Club of Reynoldsburg and serves on its finance committee. He resides in Reynoldsburg (43068).
Dr. Jeff Grill, Professor of Education, will serve as Director of the Master of Education program. He received an A.B. degree in English Literature from St. Joseph’s University (PA); and a master’s degree in Education and Ph.D in Special Education from Temple University (PA). Grill is a member of the Council for Exceptional Children, the Learning Disabilities Association and the Council on Learning Disabilities. Grill resides in Columbus (43215).
Dr. Barbara Finan, Professor of Theology, will serve as Director of the Master of Arts in Theology program. Finan received her bachelor’s degree from Ohio Dominican; her master’s degree from the Aquinas Institute of Theology (St. Louis); and her Ph.D. from Marquette University (Milwaukee). She is an active member of both the College Theology Society and the Catholic Theological Society of America. Finan resides in Columbus (43214).
