Ohio Dominican University Received Two MarCom Awards

COLUMBUS, OH – Ohio Dominican University recently received a 2006 Platinum Winner Award and Gold Award from MarCom Creative Awards. MarCom is an international competition for marketing and communications professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of marketing and communication programs and print, visual and audio materials.
ODU’s My Personal Velocity Marketing Campaign received the highest award given -- a Platinum Winner Award -- for excellence in terms of quality, creativity, and resourcefulness. The campaign was implemented to increase the number of admissions prospects for Ohio Dominican.
ODU Magazine: Scholarly Gifts received a Gold Award as a piece that exceeds the high standards of the industry. The magazine was designed by Crit Warren of Solve Et Coagule, and featured photography by George C. Anderson.
Winners were chosen from more than 5,000 entries. The entries were judged by industry professionals looking for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. MarCom Creative Award winners and finalists are advertising agencies and public relations firms, corporate communications departments, educational institutions, government entities, designers, writers, video production professionals, broadcast and cable operations, and other businesses and individuals throughout the world.
