ODU's Peace & Justice program is an interdisciplinary course of study, grounded in the social sciences, that emphasizes nonviolent solutions to conflict and injustice, strategies for building communities at peace with justice, and reconciliation post conflict.

In addition to preparing graduates for careers, the major provides a foundation for students desiring graduate education in international relations, conflict resolution, and peace and justice studies.
