  • Job Growth in the Tech Industry
There are increasing opportunities for well-trained and well-educated personnel in the growing high-tech job market. Jobs in the high-tech industry are growing faster than other private sector jobs.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, between 2004 and 2014, a staggering 71% of the new jobs in science and engineering were in computing.

And the future looks just as bright.

During the next 10 years, the Bureau projects a 30% percent job growth in the technology field - more than 270,000 jobs.

In Ohio, we are witnessing some of the fastest tech job growth in the country and at
Ohio Dominican University, we prepare students to take advantage of these opportunities.

ODU offers two of the most the most in-demand degrees in the American workforce today and in the decade ahead: Computer Science and Software Engineering.
