The Career Liftoff®
Interest Inventory
The Career Liftoff® Interest Inventory (CLII) is a new, state-of-the-art tool
that assesses the interests of individuals and compares them to the interest
profiles of various career fields. The CLII is organized around the RIASEC model
defined by John L. Holland in his Theory of Careers. This model organizes the world
of work around six distinct categories of interests. All jobs in the world of work
can be classified according to their alignment with these six career types. To
register for this assessment, contact Career Development.
