We work to match our students with the financial assistance programs – scholarships, grants and/or loans – that help you the most.
- 100% of our full-time, traditional undergraduate students received some form of financial assistance in 2023-2024
- More than $34 million was awarded to our students from university, federal, state and private resources
- All first-time traditional full-time undergraduate students are considered for Ohio Dominican Scholarships
- Our 4-year ODU Scholarship Packages range from $56,000 to $84,000; with Honors scholarships ranging from an additional $1000 per year up to the full cost of tuition!

2024-25 FAFSA Update
ODU has begun receiving FAFSA information from the U.S. Department of Education (DOE)
following crucial updates to our campus software that were made available by the DOE.
It's important to note that there are still some issues with the information schools
are receiving, but don't worry, our Office of Financial Aid is working through those
issues as quickly as possible to ensure that the financial aid information that we
provide you with is as accurate as possible. We greatly appreciate your patience.
If you have not already, we recommend that you file your FAFSA as soon as possible
to maximize your financial aid. Get started today at studentaid.gov. If you have questions or need assistance with filing the FAFSA, do not hesitate to
contact our office at finaid@ohiodominican.edu. We are here to help you!
A special note for accepted students: We want to give you and your family time to receive and review your financial aid
package, so we have moved our Undergraduate Admission decision deadline back to June
1. We are in this together! If you have questions about your application, please contact

The Net Price Calculator is designed to help first-time college students understand
the costs of attending Ohio Dominican University and to estimate your financial aid
options. This calculator will determine an estimate of your ODU Scholarship Package,
and other federal, state and institutional grants and loans. Athletic scholarships
are not included in this calculator, but may be awarded at the discretion of each
sport's coaching staff.
