Ohio Dominican University assistant professor of Education, Ted Zigler, Ph.D. has been awarded the Dr. Carol Engler Exemplary Educational Leadership Award by the Ohio Council of Professors of Education. He received the award at a ceremony on Friday, April 6.
This leadership award is awarded annually to someone from an exemplary school and/or district providing leadership in the field of education.
“Ted’s tireless work to launch and enhance ODU’s Educational Leadership program has had a profound impact on our students who aspire for positions of leadership in schools and districts, as well as the many students and teachers who learn and work in these learning environments,” said Sr. JoAnn Hohenbrink, OP, Ph.D., associate professor of Education and Chair of ODU’s Education Division. “He is an enthusiastic leader, thoughtful mentor and outstanding communicator, and we’re exceedingly blessed and grateful for his selfless contributions to ODU’s Education programs.”
