As the saying goes, "Everything is connected to everything else." This is definitely true with the state budget in Ohio. Even though Ohio Dominican University is a private institution, we both benefit from the state budget in good times and suffer during the bad times. The ODU Library budget is, in fact, intimately entangled with OhioLINK's budget (a state entity). While the final decisions have been delayed until August this year, please know that the package of resources available at our library will be changing this August. We receive many databases, electronic journals, electronic books, and more directly from OhioLINK. Your teaching and learning could potentially be impacted by the final form our portfolio of resources takes.
