    ACS Publications provides access to the electronic full-text versions of the over 30 titles published (or co-published) by ACS.

    To get to the list of titles available, select either "Journals and magazines" or "Search the journals."

    Environment Complete contains all of the content available in Environment Index, as well as full text for 400 journals, including many of the most used journals in the discipline, such as Environment (back to 1975), Ecologist, Conservation Biology, etc.

    Environment Complete also provides full text for 80 monographs, such as Encyclopedia of World Environmental History (3 volumes), Advances in Water Treatment & Environmental Management, etc.

    Further, the database offers full text for the conference papers of the North American Association of Environmental Education.

    A freely accessible database of chemicals with synthesis references that are not limited to a few journals. Along with these synthesis references the database also contains physical properties for the listed substances. There are currently more than 40,000 compounds and more than 45,000 synthesis references in the database. The database will be updated periodically. Up to 50,000 new structures including their physical and chemical properties and synthesis references are available.

    ChemIDplus provides access to structure and nomenclature authority files used for the identification of chemical substance cited in National Library of Medicine (NLM) databases. ChemIDplus also provides structure searching and direct links to many biomedical resources at NLM and on the Internet for chemicals of interest.

    The database contains over 349,000 chemical records, of which over 56,000 include chemical structures, and is searchable by name, synonym, CAS registry number, molecular formula, classification code, locator code, and structure. ChemIDplus is searchable through TOXNET's Toxicology data search.

    Is a rich collection of consumer health information. Health Source: Consumer Edition features searchable full text for nearly 300 consumer health periodicals, plus indexing and abstracts for over 300 periodicals.     Compiled by the U.S. National Library of Medicine (NLM), MEDLINE is the world's most comprehensive source of life sciences and biomedical bibliographic information. It contains nearly eleven million records from over 7,300 different publications from 1965 to present.

    MEDLINE may be searched by author, medical subject heading, or text words from the title or abstract of the article. MEDLINE is produced by the National Library of Medicine (NLM). The Literature Selection Technical Review Committee (LSTRC), an advisory committee of experts chartered by the National Institutes of Health, advises NLM on the journals that should be included in the database. The American Journal of Nursing Company selects and indexes additional nursing journals and the American Dental Association selects and indexes additional dental journals for inclusion in MEDLINE.

    The NIST Chemistry WebBook contains thermochemical data for over 7000 organic and small inorganic compounds, reaction thermochemistry data for over 8000 reactions, IR spectra for over 16,000 compounds, mass spectra for over 15,000 compounds, UV/Vis spectra for over 1600 compounds, electronic and vibrational spectra for over 4500 compounds, constants of diatomic molecules (spectroscopic data) for over 600 compounds, ion energetics data for over 16,000 compounds and thermophysical property data for 34 fluids.

    There are numerous ways to search for data on specific compounds including name, chemical formula, CAS registry number, molecular weight, chemical structure, or selected ion energetics and spectral properties.

    This is a database of NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) spectra, structures, and associated records for organic compounds. The information has been contributed by scientists at various research organizations around the world. The database is searchable by spectra information, structure, molecular weight, and keywords. It is capable of predicting spectra information for unknown substances based on their carbon content (other elements will be added later).
