Steve McCullough began his career in the Auditing Department at Deloitte in Dayton, Ohio and worked there for over six years. He also earned his CPA certificate while at Deloitte.

Steve has worked over the past 28 plus years at two international companies. Steve worked for 13 years for Barco, a company headquartered in Belgium, in various roles, including Chief Financial Officer for Barco Americas and General Manager for Barco Simulation. Steve worked for 15 years for WIKA, a company headquartered in Germany, in two main roles, as the Chief Financial Officer for WIKA Americas and General Manager for WIKA Sensor Technology.

Steve has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Georgia Gwinnett College for seven years, and as a member of the Board of Trustees of United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio for five years.
