Dr. Tracy Shroyer, an Assistant Professor of Business at Ohio Dominican University,
received her B.A. from Otterbein University, her MBA from Ohio Dominican, her Ph.D.
from Capella University and her M.S. from Bellevue University. Her fields of study
include management, leadership, organizational change and organizational psychology.
Dr. Shroyer's professional journey is marked by her 27-year tenure in financial services,
during which she served in various leadership and individual contributor roles and
spent a decade focused on corporate learning and development. She has held adjunct
faculty member roles, both online and virtually, since 2007 and began her entrepreneurial
venture in career coaching for mid-level professionals in 2014.
She belongs to numerous professional associations, including the Society for Industrial-Organizational
Psychology, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Association for Talent
Development.
