Central Ohio Technical College

Through a partnership with Central Ohio Technical College, students who are earning an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree from COTC can complete a bachelor's degree at Ohio Dominican University. Students admitted to the program must meet the admissions requirements of both institutions.

Admission Requirements

  • Incoming Freshman. Freshmen with with no college credit must have a high school diploma with a cumulative GPA of 2.3 and a composite ACT score of 18.
  • Transfer Students. You must be currently enrolled at COTC in the Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, or Associate of Applied Business in Accounting Technology program. Those with college credit, or currently attending college, must have at least 10 transferrable semester credits with a cumulative GPA of 2.5. Transferrable courses are those are non-developmental and in which you earned a grade of C- or higher.

Once you have completed your A.A.B., A.A. or A.S. at COTC and are ready to begin at Ohio Dominican, you must complete this form prior to starting classes.

Reminders:

  • Requests for financial aid will now go through Ohio Dominican University. Please add ODU's school code (003035) to your FAFSA.
  • Final official transcripts from all colleges that you have attended must be in your ODU academic file prior to the start of your first term. Have the transcripts mailed to Office of Admissions, Ohio Dominican University, 1216 Sunbury Road, Columbus, OH 43219.
