Prospective students now have an opportunity to experience Ohio Dominican University’s (ODU’s) campus anytime, anywhere with a new virtual tour available on its website and on Google Maps. The comprehensive tour features more than 120 high-resolution, 360-degree photos that give users the ability to visit a wide range of academic, athletic and student life locations across ODU’s 75-acre campus.
To access the Virtual Tour, visit ohiodominican.edu/VirtualTour.
Users can navigate Ohio Dominican’s campus by clicking a series of arrows, or they can click on a variety of shortcuts that will take them directly to various locations across campus. Users also can search for Ohio Dominican on Google Maps, and then access the tour via Street View.
“This tool will allow individuals from around the world, across the country, and in our own backyard to get a sneak peek of what makes Ohio Dominican such a special place,” said John Naughton, ODU’s vice president for Enrollment and Student Success. “While we encourage students to visit campus in person, we realize that isn’t always possible due to time and geographic constraints. We took deliberate steps to help ensure this tour provides users with a high-quality experience so that when they physically visit campus for the first time, it will have a familiar feel.”
