Central Ohio high school students will have an opportunity to apply to – and be accepted into – Ohio Dominican University during Instant Admission Day on Wednesday, Oct. 20. ODU will host the free event from 6-8 p.m. on the Oval on its main campus located at 1216 Sunbury Road, Columbus, 43219.
This event is for all high school and transfer students who are interested in enrolling at ODU for either the spring or fall 2022 semesters.
“Because of the pandemic’s impact in schools across the country, and specifically in Central Ohio, we know there are many students who have fallen behind when it comes to applying to college,” said Kaylee Meade, ODU’s Interim Director of Undergraduate Admission. “This is a great opportunity for these students to get back on track and to not only start the process, but also complete it! We understand that the college application process can be stressful for both students and their families, and this day is designed to help make that process as seamless as possible. We look forward to helping future Panthers make the exciting decision to continue their education at Ohio Dominican.”
During Instant Admission Day, students can complete their application, receive an on-the-spot admission decision, file their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and submit their deposit. During their visit, attendees also are invited to tour ODU’s campus and speak with students, faculty and staff about Ohio Dominican’s academic programs and student life.
