Spring is in the air at Ohio Dominican! As we prepare for Commencement on the Oval this May 16, we are also looking forward to a vital milestone in our academic year: the 2026 Day of Giving, held on Thursday, April 30, and Friday, May 1.
Our students often tell us that ODU is more than just a school. It is a place where faith, intellect, and friendship thrive. One student recently shared that your generosity provided the "skills to live life and live it excellently." Because tuition only covers a portion of our costs, we rely on the kindness of our community to keep this mission alive.
As Central Ohio’s only Catholic university, we remain dedicated to the Dominican Sisters of Peace’s vision of developing the "whole person." Every gift, no matter the size, directly impacts the lives of our students.

Thank you for being the reason ODU continues to thrive. It’s a great day to be a Panther! - Wednesday, June 10 - ODU Summer Sunset Social at Buckeye Lake Yacht Club (Must be 21 or Older)
Dr. Rickie Sue Grunden, Former ODU Athletic Director and Women’s Basketball Coach, is sponsoring the event. Enjoy complimentary Hors D’oeuvres, along with a cash bar. You are welcome to stay for the dinner service or spend additional time at the club once the event concludes. Guests are welcome!
Cost is $25 per person (full donation to support ODU students). Includes two drink tickets for alcohol or soda, and an appetizer buffet.
