You must complete the Master Promissory Note (MPN) before your loan funds can be released to the University. 

All new loan borrowers must complete entrance counseling.

Complete the mandatory loan exit counseling session online at any time.

Graduate students applying for a Graduate PLUS loan are required to complete the request (credit check) and the Master Promissory Note (MPN).

Parents applying for a PLUS loan are required to complete the request (credit check) and the Master Promissory Note (MPN).  The MPN is an agreement to repay loan funds the parent borrows for their son or daughter's educational cost.  Parents that are approved for the PLUS loan through an appeal or receive an endorser must also complete PLUS Counseling

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online. 

Complete the Federal TEACH Grant Agreement to Serve and Initial Counseling for each year that you receive this grant at  studentaid.gov

Complete the mandatory exit counseling for the Federal TEACH Grant at  studentaid.gov

If you have been unable to solve a problem with your federal student loan, you can ask the Federal Student Aid Ombudsman Group for help. 

National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) is the U.S. Department of Education's central database for federal financial aid.  You can log on to nslds.ed.gov and access your complete loan history.
